Medicare Fraud
The False Claims Act is a federal law that allows citizens to “blow the whistle” on those who commit fraud against the Federal Government. The act allows the “whistleblower” to recover a portion (15%-30%) of the government’s total recovery concerning a successful whistleblower claim.
We review “whistleblower claims” in the following areas: Medicare/Medicaid fraud, Fraudulent Heath Care billings, Kickbacks from Pharmaceutical companies to healthcare providers, Kickbacks from Medical device companies to healthcare providers, Military Contracts, IRS and Tax Fraud, and other various instances of fraud against the Federal Government.
We will review the claim while keeping your identity confidential during the investigation. We also offer advice and counsel on presenting your claim to the government for their review and consideration.
