
Greg Vaughan has practiced in our local court system for nearly 20 years. He is regularly appointed as a mediator and guardian ad litem.
In his private practice, Greg helps businesses and people that face legal challenges, including:
Construction: Representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers regarding contract negotiations, collections, general litigation, insurance coverage opinions and disputes, and misc. legal issues;
Insurance claims / litigation: Representation of homeowners and business owners regarding property damage claims (storm, fire, flood) and representation of individuals involved in car accidents;
General litigation / legal services: contract claims, commercial and consumer collection matters, subrogation claims, landlord tenant matters, real estate disputes, deceptive trade practices / fraud claims, various claims involving municipalities, counties, and the state, prior representation of restaurant chain (with over 20 locations) as outside corporate counsel, and prior representation of 2 regional banking organizations with commercial collection work.
